بِسْمِ اللَّهِ ثَلَاثًا وَقُلْ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّةِ اللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
Transliterasiya: Bismillaahi (3 times), then say 7 times: A'oodhu bi'izzatillaahi wa qudratihi min sharri maa ajidu wa uhaadhir
Tərcümə: In the name of Allah (3 times), then say 7 times: I seek refuge in the might and power of Allah from the evil of what I experience and fear. (Place hand on the area of pain)
