قَدَّرَ اللَّهُ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ — قىيىنچىلىق

قَدَّرَ اللَّهُ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ

تەلەپپۇز يېزىلىشى: Qaddarallaahu wa maa shaa'a fa'al

تەرجىمە: Allah has decreed and what He willed He has done. (To say when afflicted)
