Glory and praise is to Allah, glory is to Allah the Almighty, I seek Allah's for — Distress & Anxiety

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ

Transliteration: Subhaanallaahi wa bihamdihi subhaanallaahil-'adheem astaghfirullaah

Translation: Glory and praise is to Allah, glory is to Allah the Almighty, I seek Allah's forgiveness. (Continuous dhikr during distress)
