اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَحْيَا وَبِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ

Transliteration: Allaahumma bismika ahyaa wa bismika amootu wa ilaykan-nushoor

Translation: O Allah, in Your name I live and in Your name I die, and to You is the resurrection.
