اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ وَشَرِّ مَا لَمْ أَعْمَلْ
Transliteration: Allaahumma innee a'oodhu bika min sharri maa 'amiltu wa sharri maa lam a'mal
Translation: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done and the evil of what I have not done.
