1 الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ Praise is to Allah Who gave us life after He caused us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.

3 الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي، وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي، وَأَذِن… Praise is to Allah Who gave me well-being in my body, returned my soul to me, and permitted me to remember Him.

4 اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإ… O Allah, by You we enter the morning, by You we enter the evening, by You we live, by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.

5 سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ Glory and praise is to Allah. (First thing to say upon waking)

6 لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِذَنْبِي وَأَسْأ… There is no god but You, glory be to You, O Allah. I seek Your forgiveness for my sins and ask for Your mercy.

7 اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ: فَتْحَهُ وَنَصْرَهُ وَنُورَ… O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this day: its opening, its help, its light, its blessings and its guidance.

8 الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي رَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي وَعَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي وَأَذِنَ … Praise is to Allah Who returned my soul to me, granted me well-being in my body, and permitted me to remember Him.

11 اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَأَنْتَ … O Allah, You are my Lord. There is no god but You. In You I put my trust, and You are the Lord of the Noble Throne.

12 اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ فَمِنْكَ و… O Allah, whatever blessing I or any of Your creation has this morning is from You alone.

13 اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإ… O Allah, by You we rise in the morning, by You we enter the evening, by You we live, by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.

14 اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَحْيَا وَبِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ O Allah, in Your name I live and in Your name I die, and to You is the resurrection.

15 الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي وَأَذِنَ … All praise is due to Allah who restored my health, returned my soul to me, and permitted me to remember Him.
