اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ وَالِدَيَّ كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا وَاغْفِرْ لَهُمَا وَعَافِهِمَا

Transliteration: Allaahumma-rham waalidayya kamaa rabbayaanee sagheeran waghfir lahumaa wa 'aafihumaa

Translation: O Allah, have mercy on my parents as they raised me when I was small, forgive them and grant them well-being.
