قَدَّرَ اللَّهُ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ — تەنگانە و کەلەپەڕین
قَدَّرَ اللَّهُ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ
Veguhastina tîpan: Qaddarallaahu wa maa shaa'a fa'al
Werger: Allah has decreed and He does whatever He wills. (When afflicted)
